Construction/General Labourers Wanted for Immediate Hire

Weber Septic Services has an immediate need for construction and general labourers in Breslau. We currently have two positions available on a seasonal, reoccurring basis. These positions need to be filled as soon as possible. Here are the details for the positions:

Terms of Employment & Salary: Seasonal (Reoccurring), Full Time, On Call, Weekend, Day $15.00 to $16.00 hourly, 50 hours per week, group benefits available

VALID G Driver’s License – Clean Drivers Abstract and CVOR, Criminal Record Check *Must be able to drive a truck & trailer

Type of Duties: Labourer to assist with repairs to septic, septic tank and system installations, labourer to assist with contracted work for sewage treatment plants.

Documentation Knowledge: WILL TRAIN. All other skills considered an asset: Inspection report (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip), Trip reports, Accident or incident reports, daily job invoices and daily time sheets

Specific Skills: Receive and relay information to central dispatcher, take instruction from on-site supervisor

Additional Skills: Professionalism in customer service, Handle inquiries from customers

Security and Safety: Criminal record check, Driving record check (abstract) & CVOR

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding with weight handling up to 100 lbs

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation as public transportation is not available – vehicles provided for work duties

Other: Training provided for selected candidate. Job involves maintenance and repairs to septic tanks. The position is physically demanding and encounters unpleasant odors.
